The company conducts business with a focus on customers, prioritizing their needs and satisfaction. Quality and safety are key attributes of our products. Therefore, the company continuously strives to develop both products and production processes to ensure product safety, starting from the design phase, and to meet specified standards. SMPC sources high-quality raw materials suitable for the product and develops production processes to minimize risks and waste. The company performs quality checks throughout the production process and ensures the safe delivery of goods. We have obtained certifications from well-known international standards agencies, which instills confidence in the quality of our products. The following policy has been established:
- To provide complete, correct, fair, and up-to-date information about products and services to customers, allowing them to make informed decisions without any cover-ups or misrepresentation.
- To offer warranties on products and services with appropriate terms.
- To deliver products that meet or exceed customers’ expectations, completely, accurately and on time under fair conditions.
- To refrain from delivering substandard products or services to customers.
- To establish systems and measures for promptly addressing and resolving customer complaints, as well as preventing recurring issues.
- To continuously search for and develop methods to reduce manufacturing costs while maintaining the quality standards of products and services.
- To continuously search for ways to enhance product quality for the benefit of customers.
- In the event of being unable to fulfill agreements with customers, to promptly notify them in advance and collaboratively seek remedies and prevent potential losses.
- To safeguard customer confidential information and refrain from exploiting it for personal or related parties’ benefit.
SMPC annually conducts the customer satisfaction survey in order to evaluate the company performance in 3 areas, Product & Quality, Service, and Delivery. The survey result will be used to continuously improve and develop all processes, in order to reach maximum of customer satisfaction.
In 2023, the company has set a customer satisfaction goal of at least 88%. The findings of the survey results showed that overall customer satisfaction points in 2023 was at 92% which was higher than the target. Nevertheless, the survey evaluation and customer advice will still be applied continuously for developing and improving the product and service, hence receiving maximum customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Business innovation development is a key aspect that supports the vision and mission of the organization in driving sustainable growth. The company has implemented a policy to foster an organizational culture of business innovation development, utilizing new technologies and innovations to enhance production processes, work, products, and services. This development is aimed at improving the quality of life for people in society and ensuring environmental sustainability. Additionally, the company has focused on developing the skills and potential of its employees, enabling them to create new innovations and supporting various development projects. The company has implemented the following innovations:
The company focused on using innovation and technology to increase the efficiency of the production process, by giving importance to continuous development and improvement, and reducing the impact on the environment and climate change. The company has expanded the automated production systems to each production process by using additional mechanical arms in the molding process. As a result, the efficiency of the production process was increased, hence the production was carried out continuously and flexibly.
The company has guidelines for improving efficiency, maintenance process, and inspect machines through the monitoring and analysis system and Realtime Monitoring by the machine operating system that can show the operating status and measure the efficiency of the machine in real time, so that the system can respond immediately, hence minimize processing time. Some types of machine are very complex and must work continuously all the time. If there is any irregular operation, it may affect the production process to a halt or decrease efficiency.
In order to check and prevent errors that may occur with the machines, a system has been installed to monitor and report work results in real time. So that users or system administrators can retrieve error notification for inspection and correction quickly and analyze the data according to engineering principles, to help improve and increase the efficiency of machines and personnel, and be able to have great planning for solving problems in a timely manner.
The company has developed a working system by transforming the work process into a more digital system. The goal is to increase the efficiency of management, speed in work and reduce the use of resources. The company has implemented the e-workflow system to improve work processes, hence reducing working process and time. SMPC analyzed the working information to solve various problems in the working process, develop a more efficient work process, and reduce the paper usage.
In addition, the company has developed and expanded the use of a barcode system for inspection of finished cylinders. The company used the data obtained from the barcode system to develop a warehouse management system to increase the efficiency of finished goods management.
As part of the company’s growth strategy, it aims to introduce high-value-added products that meet consumer demands, enhance quality of life, and minimize environmental impact. These products typically have a limited number of sellers or require specialized manufacturing skills and expertise, contribute not only to sales but also to the sustainable growth of the company.
